Descrição

• Build Triple Whale’s creator marketing strategy and turn it into a repeatable, measurable program • Build a trusted creator network for launches, campaigns, and cultural moments • Identify, recruit, and manage creator and affiliate relationships • Develop creator partnership programs and incentives • Run creator campaigns end-to-end, including sourcing, outreach, briefs, contracts, timelines, approvals, publishing, and reporting • Partner with Social, Product Marketing, Content, and Ecosystem teams to integrate creators into launches, campaigns, events, and content • Define KPIs, track creator and program performance, and optimize partnerships, content, and investment

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, or affiliate marketing • Proven experience building and scaling creator programs and relationships • Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem and ability to identify appropriate voices • Experience managing creator campaigns end-to-end, from sourcing and briefing through execution and measurement • Results-oriented mindset with strong creative instincts and focus on measurable impact • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills • High ownership mentality and drive to build from the ground up • Existing relationships with creators in the ecommerce community (nice to have) • Experience managing affiliate programs and performance-based creator partnerships (nice to have)
