Descrição

• Own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end, starting with around 20 accounts and growing to 40–50 at full load • Serve as the main point of contact for every client, owning the relationship, retention and results • Shadow the current CSM during the first month, then take over a group of clients • Run regular check-ins and clarify results, lead flow and next steps • Identify problems proactively and escalate them to the team the same day • Ensure expected MRR is collected on time • Earn referrals, reviews and testimonials from satisfied clients • Bring proven CS processes for onboarding, client health tracking, reporting cadence and churn saves • Document effective processes so the team can scale them • Work in a pod with media buying and creative teams and another CSM • Report directly to the founder • In the application, specify home improvement or contractor clients managed, maximum simultaneous accounts and an example of saving a client from churn

🎯 Requisitos

• Client success or account management experience with home improvement or contractor clients — kitchen and bath remodeling ideally; this is the #1 requirement • Personally managed 20+ client accounts at the same time • Agency experience, ideally in lead generation or Meta/Google ads for local service businesses • Experience at a scaling company where you helped build CS processes, not only followed them • Organized and fast, with consistent follow-up • Communicate with clarity and confidence and handle difficult client conversations • Fluent English (written and spoken) • Available Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM CST • Not suitable for candidates who have never worked with home improvement or contractor clients • Not suitable for candidates who have only managed one in-house brand or a handful of enterprise accounts • Not suitable for candidates who need a fully built playbook and daily direction • Not suitable for candidates who avoid tough client conversations
