Descrição

• Own and close VP, Head of, and executive searches across GTM, R&D, and G&A • Partner with founders and executives to define roles and guide high-stakes hiring decisions • Build exceptional leadership pipelines through market mapping, executive networks, original sourcing, and AI-assisted research • Represent TRM at the highest level and deliver an executive-level candidate experience • Build TRM’s leadership recruiting function from the ground up • Establish recruiting processes, interview structures, scorecards, and operating rhythms • Provide market intelligence on candidate motivations, compensation, and competitive dynamics • Close the first leadership hire within the first 90 days and improve leadership recruiting practices as TRM scales

🎯 Requisitos

• 7+ years in recruiting or executive search • Track record of personally closing VP and/or C-level hires • Deep experience in high-growth startup environments • Established network of senior leaders and executives • Experience owning retained-style leadership searches end-to-end, from defining the search and mapping the market through assessment, references, and close • Executive presence and credibility to partner directly with founders and senior leaders • Fluency using AI throughout the search process, including market research, sourcing, candidate synthesis, and personalized executive outreach • Exceptional sourcing instincts and discipline to build leadership pipelines from scratch • Exceptional written communication and operational rigor • Experience hiring leaders across GTM, R&D, and G&A, or within mission-driven, highly sensitive environments • Must be located in the United States • At least four hours of overlap with PT business hours
