Descrição

• Architect, design, and develop sophisticated software systems with up to 100% coding • Provide day-to-day technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members • Partner with technology leaders to shape technology direction, pattern management, and system consistency • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align technology delivery with organizational goals • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analyses to maintain system reliability • Represent the organization in cross-functional and vendor partner settings • Collaborate with multiple vendors on estimates, delivery plans, and project timelines • Ensure the technological integrity and quality of vendor solutions across concurrent projects • Lead delivery and technical guidance across an application family • Strategize technology optimization and modernization, including technical debt reduction • Identify and implement process improvements • Lead knowledge-sharing efforts and serve as a subject matter expert • Partner with architects on enterprise technology decisions • Provide high-level technical expertise for complex technology projects • Establish best practices, reusable components, and technology guidelines • Lead incident response and resolution for critical production issues • Undertake special projects and organization-wide initiatives

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • Master's degree preferred • 12–15 years of relevant experience, including at least 3–5 years at a senior level or in a similar principal engineering role • Extensive coding experience with .NET Unified Platform V8 and .NET Framework 4.8 • Experience implementing workflow orchestration engines in microservice-based software architectures • Camunda Cloud experience preferred • Advanced knowledge and application of software engineering principles, theories, and concepts • Ability to design and implement innovative solutions aligned with complex organizational goals • Ability to convey technical concepts to stakeholders at all organizational levels • Healthcare or PBM industry knowledge preferred • Extensive experience working within a vendor partner model • Flexibility to work outside standard hours for critical project deadlines • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to dynamic work environments, and meet deadlines • Experience working across multidisciplinary project teams • Extensive Agile development experience • Java or React development experience is a plus
