Descrição

• Lead end-to-end project management across packaging updates, product launches, operational process improvements, supply chain redundancy projects, and other PMO priorities. • Lead weekly cross-functional meetings to review project status, risks, and priorities. • Establish and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time, in-budget delivery to specifications. • Maintain Monday.com as the primary project management tool to track progress and streamline workflows. • Maintain and update centralized project management and packaging databases. • Improve project management systems and processes by identifying workflow optimization opportunities. • Identify inefficiencies and drive measurable improvements across teams and processes. • Partner with the PMO team to model the "Endlessly Pursue Better" Core Value. • Communicate project updates, risks, and critical decisions transparently and promptly. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment, accountability, and delivery progress. • Report to the Director, Innovation & Stage Gate as a member of the Supply team.

🎯 Requisitos

• Demonstrated project management experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry • Flexible packaging experience is a plus • Proficiency with Monday.com or similar workflow platforms • Experience managing a diverse portfolio of cross-functional projects • Ability to quickly ramp up on new business areas and processes • Proven ability to establish and manage detailed project timelines • Ability to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence • Ability to manage scope and defend project timelines using data • Ability to evaluate operational trade-offs and propose alternative solutions during disruptions • Process-oriented mindset and comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Experience building or maturing PMO frameworks and streamlining workflows • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen strongly preferred • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and proactive obstacle anticipation • Ability to evaluate downstream impacts and identify alternative solutions • Excellent communication skills for clear, structured, timely updates • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across departments and with external partners • Experience in a founder-led environment is a plus • Must reside in the United States • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States • Unreal is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa
