Descrição

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, seasonal and annual revenue targets for the run and outdoor specialty channels in specified territory. • Responsible for maintaining current account relationships, securing seasonal and at-once orders and developing new accounts within strategic sales plan. • Adhere to all strategic distribution guidelines set forth by Altra sales management team. • Order procurement through traditional face to face and evolved virtual processes, utilizing latest technologies and assets provided by Altra and VF. • Manages wholesale product flow to maximize sales revenue, while adhering to strict distribution guidelines. • Achieve goals and strategies set forth in the strategic plan, including enhancing and building account relationships, seasonal Go to Market and growth strategies and development of the wholesale activation strategies. • Work alongside Field Service Representative in building annual education programs, local activation calendars & seasonal sales plans for each account. • Utilize consumer, market share and POS data insights to sustain and grow retail business while proactively addressing issues and opportunities.

🎯 Requisitos

• 3+ years of field sales, product, marketing, or retail experience • Proven ability to execute winning sales strategies and drive results • Demonstrated results in executing multiple projects and integrated plans on a seasonal basis • Quantified results in exceeding targeted results and expectations • Excellent process and organizational management skills • Excellent presentation skills, virtual and in person • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, Outlook • Demonstrated team player • Proven ability to build and maintain business critical relationships/partnerships • Ability to travel 60% • Must have reliable transportation
