• Act as the primary interface to our clients and maintain strong client relationships • Responsible for revenue development and overall results • Develop and implement process steps and define measures to ensure quality and performance • Responsible for implementing contractually agreed requirements toward our clients • Collaborate independently with our sales team • Document project progress, outcomes, and achievement of objectives • Report directly to C-level executives
