Descrição

• Drive large-scale cross-selling across an assigned portfolio of strategic partnerships. • Lead new business acquisition within designated industries. • Actively represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements. • Lead research efforts to identify and pursue new industry verticals. • Establish and nurture relationships at existing networks to develop new business. • Participate in annual planning meetings and quarterly updates with existing partners. • Meet and exceed goals related to large-scale growth opportunities including cross-selling new products/services. • Deeply engage in assigned industry events to establish oneself as an industry expert.

🎯 Requisitos

• 5-7 years of business development success within retail, digital and/or financial services. • Proven success in winning and exceeding growth targets. • Preference for business or finance undergraduate degree. • Outstanding communication and management skills with ability to influence individuals and teams. • People management is not required but needs to have proven experience in building relationships with outside agents. • Advanced Microsoft skills, including ability to create professional client-facing and internal presentations. • Ability to establish self as an industry expert. • Communication, relationship-building and presentation skills to influence and persuade others. • Strategic and creative thinker to develop concepts that deliver results. • Organizational skills and attention to detail to fully execute plans. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
