O trabalho é realizado por gerentes de escritório especializados em HVAC, apoiados por automação assistida por IA para acelerar o trabalho repetitivo, mantendo o controle de qualidade humano; a oferta é mensal e focada em remover gargalos administrativos para que os proprietários possam expandir sem contratar ou treinar funcionários internos.

Descrição

• Build new product screens and flows for jobs, customers, invoices, and scheduling using React and React Native • Develop AI chat interfaces with chat and tool-result rendering, streaming responses, human review, and feedback loops • Build and operate production AI workflows, including tool-using agents, RAG/search, classification/extraction, and human-in-the-loop flows • Contribute features and improvements to WorkHero’s AI-powered business automation platform • Own realtime voice agents on live phone calls, including telephony/WebRTC integration, streaming speech-to-text and text-to-speech, turn-taking, interruption handling, and latency optimization • Improve voice-pipeline reliability through backpressure, failover, graceful degradation, and monitoring • Build the call-data pipeline from transcripts and events through structured extraction and the warehouse • Develop data models, analytics, and conversation-intelligence dashboards • Implement voice-agent evaluations and monitoring for quality, drift, cost, and latency • Scale cloud infrastructure with infrastructure as code, queues, orchestration, and CI/CD • Analyze requirements and propose innovative AI-native solutions • Write clean, scalable code • Design, build, test, deploy, and operate the voice and data stack end to end • Optimize realtime AI-system performance, latency, and cost • Respond to critical system issues and ensure continuous reliability • Mentor team members and collaborate with product teams and subject matter experts • Understand user needs and solve design challenges creatively

🎯 Requisitos

• Typically 5+ years of senior-level backend experience shipping production systems owned by the candidate • Hands-on experience with realtime voice or streaming systems, such as telephony (SIP/Twilio), WebRTC, streaming STT/TTS, LiveKit, or Pipecat, or comparable demanding realtime/streaming infrastructure • Data engineering fundamentals including event pipelines, data modeling, warehousing, and analytics on production data • Strong proficiency in a typed backend language; TypeScript preferred, with comparable experience welcome • Hands-on experience with LLM-powered features, including usage, prompting, optimization, and AI architectures • Ability to work with infrastructure as code, including Terraform, cloud, and CI/CD systems at scale • Ability to overlap at least 4 hours with the WorkHero team, from 11am–3pm ET • Willingness or excitement to leverage AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor • Candidates are encouraged from all backgrounds to apply
