📋 Description

• Lead the product organization’s participation in cloud financial operations, including analysis and reconciliation of usage, discounts, credits, support charges, and billing exceptions • Partner with Finance, Procurement, Billing, Connectivity, and strategic vendors to improve forecasting, purchasing, invoicing, escalation handling, credit reconciliation, reporting, and billing accuracy • Serve as a subject matter expert on cloud commercial constructs, payer-account implications, vendor licensing mechanics, committed-consumption frameworks, interoperability, reporting, and monetization • Represent product interests in relationships with AWS, Azure, and other strategic vendors • Define and evolve 11:11’s managed public cloud services, including service scope, support boundaries, commercial alignment, packaging, and portfolio fit • Translate cloud and vendor requirements into product requirements, backlog items, roadmap priorities, policy and process improvements, documentation, and operationally ready service workflows • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Billing, Engineering, Service Delivery, Operations, Connectivity, Sales, Marketing, and customer-facing teams • Follow company ethics, values, data handling agreements, work procedures, privacy practices, compliance training, and policies • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent years of related work experience required • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within cloud, managed services, infrastructure, or technology services environments • Deep knowledge of public cloud billing mechanisms and terminology, especially AWS • Familiarity across Azure billing, account structures, support models, commercial constructs, and cloud commerce frameworks • Experience analyzing cloud usage, discounts, credits, support charges, billing exceptions, and related reporting or forecasting needs • Strong understanding of commercial, support, licensing, and interoperability requirements • Demonstrated ability to define product requirements, manage backlogs, and translate complex provider and partner requirements into scalable product capabilities and roadmap priorities • Strong cross-functional leadership, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills • Strong communication skills and customer orientation • Understanding of managed services concepts preferred • Experience with service provider or MSP business models preferred • Familiarity with metering, billing, usage reporting, customer-facing portals or consoles, and related integrations • Experience working with AWS, Azure, and strategic technology vendors • Familiarity with AWS Marketplace commercial constructs, private offers, billing flows, and related go-to-market or operational considerations preferred • Occasional travel to 11:11 locations, data centers, customer sites, or industry events may be required • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
