📋 Description

• Process vendor invoices and credit card transactions to support the Accounts Payable team • Assist Accounts Receivable by triaging and responding to simple customer emails • Prepare check deposit reports • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and AI automation projects • Support the team on special projects • Provide ad-hoc support to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Procurement teams • Collaborate across Finance and other departments to support accurate financial statements and efficient financial processes

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled at an educational institution (e.g. college, university, bootcamp) • Must live in and be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States • No work authorization, relocation assistance, sponsorship, or visa transfer provided • Available for a 4-month internship from January to April 2027 • Confidence: willingness to take on new challenges and see them through to completion • Humility: willingness to ask questions and learn from mistakes • Curiosity: looks for better ways of doing things • Teamwork-oriented • Bonus: Intermediate skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets • Bonus: Keen interest in technology and systems • Bonus: Strong written and verbal communication skills • Bonus: Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles • Successful applicants must complete a background check
