📋 Description

• Schedule and assign cleaning staff to client appointments • Arrange and confirm cleaning appointments with clients • Follow up with clients to gather feedback • Address client inquiries and handle concerns • Conduct outbound calls to promote services • Help source, interview, and onboard new cleaners • Manage emails and maintain client engagement • Maintain and update CRM workflows and records • Create and schedule light content on social media

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (nice to have) • Excellent written and verbal communication • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently • Friendly, solution-oriented, and professional demeanor • Prior experience in sales or client acquisition preferred • Proficient with scheduling tools, CRM systems, and Canva • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
