📋 Description

• Create custom Canva Pro designs beyond standard templates • Apply layered effects, custom spacing, font pairings, and branded color systems • Use advanced Canva techniques for influencer- and content-creator-style designs • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across different aesthetics and campaigns • Design static ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Display Network • Create Instagram carousels, branded story graphics, flyers, menus, rack cards, and other social media content • Create and edit short-form videos and Reels using CapCut and/or Canva animation tools • Sequence clips, sync audio, add text overlays and smooth transitions, and export videos in the correct Instagram format • Upload and organize creative assets in Google Drive • Support clients with task-specific services that improve business efficiency, enhance service delivery, or support operational functions • Make revisions based on feedback and deliver work according to agreed scopes, timelines, and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Canva Pro • Experience creating static and animated digital assets • Strong attention to detail, including polished design, accurate spelling, and clean formatting • Solid understanding of modern design principles, including white space, visual hierarchy, and balance • Open to feedback and able to quickly make revisions • Proactive, communicates clearly, and takes full ownership of assigned tasks • Experience working with real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands (nice to have) • Familiarity with ClickUp or similar task/project management tool (nice to have) • Portfolio required before trial: social media content examples, static ad designs, and at least one short-form video or animated graphic • Proficiency with CapCut and/or Canva animation tools • Proficiency with Google Drive for asset organization • English language preference; neutral accent preference • Availability for 16 contracted hours per week, Monday through Thursday, 1–5 PM EST • Must operate under a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work as an independent contractor • Must adhere to agreed timelines, guidelines, and deliverables
