📋 Description

• Conduct lead generation and prospect research to build targeted lead lists. • Pre-qualify leads using established criteria and prepare them for handoff to sales. • Manage, update, and maintain CRM records and databases with high accuracy. • Perform detailed online research using LinkedIn, research platforms, and other data sources. • Organize, clean, and track lead data in spreadsheets and other tracking tools. • Support basic sales pipeline activities and ensure leads are properly categorized. • Provide regular progress updates and communicate proactively with the team. • Work independently while maintaining reliable, consistent communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with lead generation and prospect research. • Strong CRM and data management skills. • Proficiency with LinkedIn, online research tools, and spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel). • Prior remote work experience with strong communication habits. • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain organized, accurate datasets. • Understanding of basic sales pipeline stages. • Ability to work independently and proactively. • Experience supporting sales teams or SDR functions (preferred). • Familiarity with sales terminology and qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, ICP alignment) (preferred). • Experience with additional sales or research tools (e.g., Apollo, Sales Navigator, Hunter).

• Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
