⢠Conduct lead generation and prospect research to build targeted lead lists. ⢠Pre-qualify leads using established criteria and prepare them for handoff to sales. ⢠Manage, update, and maintain CRM records and databases with high accuracy. ⢠Perform detailed online research using LinkedIn, research platforms, and other data sources. ⢠Organize, clean, and track lead data in spreadsheets and other tracking tools. ⢠Support basic sales pipeline activities and ensure leads are properly categorized. ⢠Provide regular progress updates and communicate proactively with the team. ⢠Work independently while maintaining reliable, consistent communication.
⢠Proven experience with lead generation and prospect research. ⢠Strong CRM and data management skills. ⢠Proficiency with LinkedIn, online research tools, and spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel). ⢠Prior remote work experience with strong communication habits. ⢠High attention to detail with the ability to maintain organized, accurate datasets. ⢠Understanding of basic sales pipeline stages. ⢠Ability to work independently and proactively. ⢠Experience supporting sales teams or SDR functions (preferred). ⢠Familiarity with sales terminology and qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, ICP alignment) (preferred). ⢠Experience with additional sales or research tools (e.g., Apollo, Sales Navigator, Hunter).
