📋 Description

• Evaluate healthcare operations plans, reports, and related work products for accuracy and practical soundness • Assess proposed approaches against realistic healthcare delivery environments • Review workflows, service structures, operational priorities, and implementation considerations • Identify operational gaps, unrealistic assumptions, unsupported recommendations, bottlenecks, resource constraints, and process weaknesses • Review clinical-service operations and care-delivery workflows • Assess coordination across clinical teams, administrative functions, and support services • Evaluate administrative processes, organisational workflows, governance, responsibilities, and operational procedures • Review healthcare resource, staffing, workload, and capacity considerations • Assess allocation decisions, capacity constraints, service levels, cost, staffing, and operational performance trade-offs • Evaluate workflow efficiency, service quality, healthcare operations metrics, and performance improvement recommendations • Review spreadsheets, analyses, calculations, assumptions, metrics, and reporting materials supporting healthcare operations decisions • Review documents, spreadsheets, reports, slide decks, charts, tables, and visuals for accuracy, completeness, clarity, logic, and professional quality • Assess assigned outputs against domain-specific quality criteria • Provide clear, structured written feedback explaining identified strengths and weaknesses • Apply evaluation standards consistently across healthcare operations work products

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in healthcare operations, healthcare administration, clinical operations, health services management, healthcare analysis, or a closely related field • Experience as a Healthcare Operations Manager, Healthcare Administrator, Clinical Operations Manager, Healthcare Analyst, Health Services Manager, or similar professional • Strong practical understanding of healthcare operations and service delivery • Experience developing or reviewing healthcare operating plans, workflows, performance reports, analyses, or related professional work products • Ability to assess healthcare recommendations for operational feasibility, accuracy, and practical relevance • Strong analytical judgement and attention to operational detail • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint / Google Slides • Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills • Native or professional fluency in English • Excellent written communication and ability to provide precise, structured feedback • H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable for this engagement • Master's degree or higher from a recognised institution is advantageous
