📋 Description

• Drive profitable sales for the C&I business in the assigned territory • Develop, implement, and execute effective territory business plans • Prioritize end customers, markets, and distributors for effective territory management • Implement promotions and directives set by division management • Collaborate across C&I territories and other 3M EMD Divisions to meet customer needs • Drive a company vehicle • Travel up to 50% domestically • Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards • Contribute to 3M’s Environmental Health and Safety culture by following safety policies, identifying hazards, and engaging in continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND three (3) years direct sales and/or electrical construction/industrial experience • OR Associate's degree (completed and verified prior to start) and five (5) years of electrical industry sales experience • Current, valid driver’s license • Sales experience in the Electric C&I Market • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills • Field/Channel sales experience • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to all levels • Ability to qualify and prioritize sales opportunities within assigned territory • Experience working in a matrix environment or large complex organization • Strong computer skills and database management: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Salesforce.com • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
