📋 Description

• Develop and design static ads for Meta (Instagram and Facebook) • Analyze target audiences, psychological purchase motivations, hooks, and marketing angles, and translate them into visual concepts • Develop product-focused ads, UGC-style statics, before-and-after concepts, collages, and carousels • Visually implement ad concepts and briefs in collaboration with copywriters and creative strategists • Contribute original ideas and develop conversion-focused creatives • Adapt successful ads and test different layouts, hooks, and designs • Use performance feedback to continuously optimize ads • Identify current design and ad trends and apply them for e-commerce brands • Design ads for e-commerce brands such as Alpensattel, Darako, and Bitterliebe

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in static ad design, ideally for Meta Ads, agencies, or e-commerce brands • Alternatively, exceptional talent demonstrated through a first-rate portfolio • Direct-response design skills • Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, Adobe InDesign, and/or comparable design tools • A strong eye for layouts, typography, and visual language • Creativity and the ability to test unconventional perspectives and creative hooks • Independent, reliable working style and a strong sense of ownership • Willingness to continuously develop your skills • Team spirit and a sense of humor • Experience with AI tools for image generation is a plus • Portfolio or brief introduction; freelancers should include their availability and rate expectations
