📋 Description
• Perform duties relating to the origination of residential mortgage loans • Meet management standards for mortgage loan sales and cross-selling • Assume responsibility for the residential mortgage loan process • Manage team of at least 5 Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) • Develop referral source relationships and sales culture • Monitor compliance issues and ensure quality levels of loan originators
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED equivalent • 2-4 years residential mortgage sales experience required • In-depth knowledge of conventional, government, and portfolio guidelines • Previous management experience preferred • Knowledge of residential mortgage processing, underwriting and closing procedures • Knowledge of federal lending regulations governing real estate lending • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills • Ability to analyze policies, procedures, and guidelines • Strong sales technique/sales coaching skills • PC proficient in Windows based software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
