📋 Description

• Develop and manage operating budgets, including forecasting and variance reporting, for an assigned property group • Develop, execute and manage comprehensive asset management plans aligned with market real estate strategies • Plan and implement asset preservation projects • Cultivate relationships with area leadership and serve as liaison for partners and lines of business • Deliver property management services according to defined standards, policies and programs • Inspect properties regularly, identify service deficiencies, understand customer needs and determine necessary improvements • Support and engage in special initiatives • Proactively manage service delivery providers to achieve operational excellence • Manage lease agreements and internal and external managers • Participate in disaster preparedness, triage and recovery efforts • Provide superior service with professionalism • Manage risk and follow applicable policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Two years of property management experience requested • Successful management of vendors • Basic understanding of lease and real estate terms and building operations • Experience managing owned and leased property portfolios across geographically dispersed, diverse property types • Ability to develop, execute and manage operating budgets and capital plans • Fundamental business acumen • Ability to collaborate across multiple internal and external functions, including HR, IT, Finance, partners and vendors • Strong project management skills • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to establish and maintain strong positive relationships • Excellent analytical, negotiating, problem-solving and influencing skills • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access Database • Ability to perform moderate car travel primarily within the portfolio
