🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years in Product Management, with a focus on AI, ML, or Data Science products, including 3-5+ years of formal people management experience. • Proven experience building and leading product teams. You know how to coach PMs through complex roadmaps and create a culture of high accountability. • Deep expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning lifecycles, and data science collaboration from a product perspective. You have a track record of shipping complex ML-driven products at scale. • Strong understanding of B2B data models and how predictive scoring drives GTM outcomes. • You build operating rhythms that turn messy data and model dependencies into clean execution. You focus on the methodologies that ensure long-term product performance.
