📋 Description

• Perform residential and commercial radon measurements utilizing CRM’s • Install, retrieve, and properly operate radon measurement devices • Verify and document required testing conditions before beginning a measurement • Maintain accurate testing records and chain-of-custody documentation • Download, review, and submit radon measurement data • Prepare accurate and timely radon measurement reports • Maintain assigned vehicles, equipment, and testing devices in proper working condition • Communicate professionally with clients, occupants, real estate professionals, and office staff • Follow all applicable safety procedures while performing field work • Maintain required licenses, certifications, and continuing education

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record • Ability to use tablets, smartphones, and computer software • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude • Obtain and maintain an Ohio Radon Measurement License • Successfully complete all state licensing requirements, including the required examination and background investigation • Complete all continuing education required for license renewal • Obtain and maintain all licenses or certifications required by the Commonwealth of Kentucky • Complete all continuing education required to maintain licensure
