🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience highly preferred • Ability during paid training to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty / Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses; not required prior to hire • Strong computer skills • Organizational abilities • High school diploma required; college degree preferred • Effective written and verbal communication • Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales goals • Customer service and client retention capabilities • Commitment to building a successful career
