📋 Description

• Deliver standardized recurring DSU and SISU sales performance reporting • Create reporting views by team, campaign, lead source, agent, time period, and operational segment • Identify performance variances versus plan, trends, and expectations, and summarize key drivers • Analyze call drivers, inbound and outbound activity, disposition outcomes, response patterns, and customer engagement trends • Diagnose operational bottlenecks, follow-up gaps, workload patterns, and productivity opportunities with DSU/SISU leaders • Provide recurring and ad hoc analytics connecting call center activity to sales outcomes and conversion efficiency • Evaluate campaign performance across the lead-to-sale funnel • Compare campaign and lead-source performance and recommend campaign optimization and sales follow-up strategies • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards for DSU and SISU leadership using approved reporting and visualization tools • Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and campaign-level performance visibility • Serve as the central analytics point of contact for DSU/SISU contact center analytics needs • Coordinate with Distribution Analytics, data engineering, marketing, sales operations, and channel leaders • Translate stakeholder questions into structured analyses and communicate practical findings • Validate data sources, definitions, and calculations • Document metric definitions, reporting assumptions, and dashboard logic • Recommend improvements to reporting, analytics processes, and data capture practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Actuarial Science, Analytics, Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field • 3–7 years of data analytics, business analytics, sales analytics, actuarial, or related experience, focused on insurance, contact center, or distribution analytics • Solid understanding of sales funnels, lead management, campaign measurement, distribution channels, and operational KPIs • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau • Advanced Excel capabilities • Strong analytical skills in sales performance analysis, contact center metrics, funnel analytics, and trend analysis • Ability to convert operational data into concise recommendations • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Commitment to data integrity, consistency, and documentation • Ability to manage recurring reporting routines and ad hoc business questions • AAA Life Insurance Company does not offer immigration sponsorship; applicants must not currently require or potentially require employer-sponsored immigration support • Preferred: experience supporting contact center, telephone sales, distribution, sales operations, or performance management teams • Preferred: familiarity with CRM systems, lead management platforms, call center reporting, sales funnel tracking, and campaign performance measurement • Preferred: experience developing dashboards and recurring KPI reporting for leadership audiences • Preferred: strong project management and organizational skills • Preferred: experience collaborating with marketing, sales, data engineering, operations, and analytics teams
