• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or clinical background preferred. • Minimum 3–5 years of successful sales experience in medical device, cardiology, or related field. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving market development. • Strong clinical acumen and ability to engage in technical discussions with healthcare professionals. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to travel within the territory as needed.
