• Support the MitraClip division as a field-based Territory Manager • Meet or exceed assigned territory sales objectives • Identify and evaluate market opportunities and sales potential with the Regional Director • Establish and achieve annual sales objectives • Coordinate activities with clinical consultants • Negotiate contracts with external customers • Monitor and report market dynamics and competitive activity • Schedule sales calls with current and potential customers to achieve revenue and unit growth objectives • Develop and implement sales strategies for hospital accounts and physicians • Analyze sales figures and reports and develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly action plans • Identify key accounts, healthcare professionals, and business issues affecting product use • Observe procedures in hospital labs and operating rooms • Establish customer-specific pricing packages within company guidelines • Build relationships with hospital personnel and identify purchasing decision makers • Provide customer training, VIP trips, orientations, launches, and updates • Attend trade shows, educational conferences, and seminars • Educate customers through presentations and product demonstrations • Maintain clinical and technical expertise through product training
• BS/BA or equivalent experience • 5+ years of related cardiovascular work experience • 3+ years of Structural Heart or Heart Failure implantable device sales experience • Verification of satisfaction of vendor credentialing requirements, which may include COVID-19 vaccination • Strong sales and clinical orientation • Experience with products for use in interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery preferred • Familiarity with echocardiology and other indirect imaging preferred • Degree in Life Sciences or Marketing preferred
