• Responsible for developing and delivering training programs aligned with healthcare professionals' learning needs • Conduct baseline and ongoing assessments for healthcare professionals • Coach and support healthcare professionals to ensure progress along their learning journey • Communicate effectively and collaborate with the Healthcare Education Lead
• Registered nurse or licensed healthcare professional • Relevant oncology expertise (hematology and/or ovarian cancer) (minimum five years) • Strong clinical, medical, and scientific knowledge of the therapeutic area • Excellent knowledge of cancer centres across Canada • Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry (minimum five years) considered an asset • Knowledge of adult learning principles considered an asset • Strong commitment to compliance and quality control objectives
