📋 Description

• Own licensure and survey readiness for assigned states, including preparation, on-site execution, responses, plans of correction, and closure of findings • Adapt and maintain state-specific operational policies and procedures and track regulatory changes • Monitor state Medicaid bulletins, agency guidance, licensure rules, and payor policy updates and translate them into operational changes • Deliver onboarding, role-specific, and regulatory-change compliance training to state operating teams • Execute state-level monitoring and support enterprise audit activities; remediate findings and update policies and training • Serve as the standing compliance partner and first compliance contact for state operations leadership • Support healthcare delivery programs including Medicaid home health, HCBS waiver programs, and family caregiver services • Work under the direction of the Senior Manager, Home Healthcare Compliance and escalate complex or novel compliance questions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of healthcare experience, including 3+ years in healthcare compliance • Working knowledge of state healthcare regulatory frameworks, including licensure, survey and audit processes, and Medicaid program requirements • Track record of operating independently, managing competing priorities across multiple markets, and partnering credibly with operations leadership • Willingness and ability to travel to assigned markets 25–40% • Preferred: Home health, HCBS, and/or Medicaid program compliance experience • Preferred: Hands-on experience leading or supporting state licensure surveys and plans of correction • Preferred: CHC certification or comparable compliance credential • Preferred: Multi-state compliance experience • Preferred: Diverse healthcare expertise integrating operational excellence, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and strategic leadership
