📋 Description

• Serve as trusted advisor and thought partner to the CPO on organizational priorities, portfolio trade-offs, and long-range planning • Prepare the CPO and CTO for executive meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions • Conduct research, synthesize signals, and develop executive-ready materials and recommendations • Provide standardized planning frameworks for Product VPs and PMs • Facilitate quarterly and annual product planning • Maintain portfolio views, surface trade-offs, and recommend sequencing • Run roadmap reviews, delivery check-ins, risk/decision forums, and retrospectives • Create status and change-control mechanisms • Drive adoption of AI-native ways of working across Product and Design • Build AI enablement assets and lead automation of manual product work • Manage and optimize the product tooling ecosystem • Set standards and guardrails for responsible AI use • Manage and develop the Product PMO/product launch team • Lead PMO capacity planning • Set operational readiness frameworks for major releases • Coordinate launch plans with Product Marketing and GTM • Facilitate post-launch reviews and continuous improvement • Improve Product organization structure, processes, governance, and operating norms • Partner with Finance on revenue targets, Product P&Ls, plan-vs-actual performance, and headcount planning

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, strategy/business operations, or a Chief of Staff-type role • Meaningful exposure to SaaS or technology organizations • Experience supporting senior executives and driving executive-level planning and reporting • Strong business acumen connecting product strategy to company objectives and customer outcomes • Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution • Experience managing and developing a team • Strong analytical and synthesis skills • Fluency with product tooling such as Jira and analytics/experimentation platforms • Data-driven decision-making • Hands-on fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows • Track record of driving AI adoption within a business function • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management • High degree of discretion, judgment, and professionalism handling sensitive information • Bachelor's degree required
