• Own one or more products in ABC Legal Services' Service of Process product line, including field mobile app, customer web portal, enterprise APIs, and proprietary job assignment, routing, task management, and evidence-chain platform • Own product outcomes, priorities, and a rolling roadmap • Conduct field research with process servers, operations teams, and customers • Run structured customer discovery through interviews, win/loss input, support themes, and usage data • Write product requirements, success criteria, edge cases, and jurisdiction-specific operational/legal constraints • Own backlog management within the SAFe cadence, including features, stories, acceptance, iteration planning, and PI planning • Work daily with mobile, web, and backend engineering to break work into releasable increments and make tradeoff decisions • Own launch readiness, including rollout plans, internal enablement, support readiness, migration/backfill, and rollback paths • Own release quality, testing approach, UAT coordination, and go/no-go decisions • Partner with Operations to identify automation, routing, and decision-support opportunities and quantify their value • Determine appropriate uses of production AI, defining accuracy thresholds, human-review paths, failure behavior, and automation criteria • Define success metrics and monitor outcomes using the analytics environment and reporting • Manage regulatory, evidentiary, compliance, operational, and sensitive-data risks • Ensure changes complete appropriate cross-functional review before release • Report directly to the CTO
• 4–7 years of product management experience, including at least one product spanning multiple technical surfaces (e.g. mobile + web, or a field/consumer app backed by a core platform) • Demonstrated track record of running your own discovery and turning it into shipped requirements • Comfortable working directly with engineering across mobile, web, and backend teams simultaneously • Hands-on backlog ownership in a scaled agile environment; SAFe specifically is a plus, while scaled agile experience is expected • Experience with B2B APIs, integrations, or platform products, including versioning, developer-facing documentation, integration partners, and enterprise technical requirements • Comfortable pulling your own numbers and building your own view; SQL is a plus, not a requirement • Evidence of raising the product bar through discovery practices, outcome-focused work, or influencing peers and leaders • Experience owning release quality without a dedicated QA team, including scoping tests and running UAT with business stakeholders • Some go-to-market experience, including launch messaging, sales enablement, or customer rollout • Experience navigating a cross-functional sign-off or impact-review process before release • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Native mobile product experience is a plus • Experience building for internal operators is a plus • Experience shipping AI-assisted features is a plus • Legal services, legal tech, process serving, litigation support, courts, or regulated/compliance-heavy industry background is a plus, not required
