📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls from customers exploring Medicare health insurance options • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments using active listening and consultative sales techniques • Educate customers on available Medicare health plans, benefits, products, and services • Recommend solutions based on each customer’s healthcare and coverage needs • Guide conversations toward successful enrollment • Complete health plan enrollments while meeting sales and performance expectations • Identify additional customer needs and available solutions when appropriate • Build trust with members and prospective customers through clear communication • Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance • Protect customer information and follow privacy, security, and HIPAA requirements • Represent BroadPath, a Sagility Company, and client partners professionally

🎯 Requirements

• Active resident Health Insurance Producer License • Ability to obtain reciprocal state health insurance licenses when required • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous sales, customer service, call center, or health insurance experience preferred • Strong communication and active listening skills • Customer-focused approach with ability to build trust and rapport • Strong computer navigation skills and ability to work across multiple systems • Accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment • Ability to remain seated for extended periods while working remotely • 19" or larger monitor with VGA or HDMI port and appropriate cable • USB wired mouse; USB wired keyboard optional • Reliable hardwired internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload • Ethernet cable • Private, distraction-free workspace protecting member confidentiality • Employment may require successful background, employment, education, licensing, and other screening checks
