📋 Description

• Own the software implementation process for new clients end-to-end, averaging 8 weeks, via phone, email, and/or virtual meetings • Gather and document requirements, confirm project scope, and develop achievable timelines and program goals with clients • Act as a client partner and liaison for cross-departmental collaboration and resource management • Support and implement additional products and integrations such as RESTful API and CRM/HRM integrations • Provide in-depth training on the Absorb LMS, including best practices and workflows customized to each client’s needs • Manage a portfolio of projects while coordinating multiple projects and maintaining high quality • Guide clients through seamless transition to the Absorb LMS and troubleshoot implementation hurdles

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Client Onboarding or Implementation and Project Management, working in software implementations, or similar experience • Previous training experience / software training experience • Understanding of basic online/SaaS (Software as a Service) concepts • Proven time management skills • Project oriented mindset • Previous LMS admin or training experience preferred • Knowledge in the adult learning and E-learning industry preferred • PMP or formal project management experience preferred • Previous experience working with data import tools preferred • Must be able to show proof of legal eligibility to work in Canada without sponsorship • Successful candidates are subject to pre-employment background screening, including a criminal record check
