📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end software implementation process for new clients, averaging 8 weeks, through phone, email, and virtual meetings • Gather and document requirements, confirm project scope, and develop achievable timelines and program goals with clients • Act as client partner and liaison for cross-departmental collaboration and resource management • Support and implement additional products and integrations, including RESTful API and CRM/HRM integrations • Provide in-depth LMS training, including best practices and workflows customized to client needs • Manage a portfolio of projects while maintaining quality and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously • Serve as the main client point of contact, project manager, guide, and educator during Absorb LMS rollouts

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Client Onboarding or Implementation and Project Management, working in software implementations, or similar experience • Previous training experience / software training experience • Understanding of basic online/SaaS concepts • Proven time management skills • Project-oriented mindset • Previous LMS admin or training experience (preferred) • Knowledge of the adult learning and E-learning industry (preferred) • PMP or formal project management experience (preferred) • Previous experience working with data import tools (preferred) • Must be able to show proof of legal eligibility to work in the country applied to without sponsorship • Successful candidates are subject to pre-employment background screening, including a criminal record check
