📋 Description

• Scope, plan, and deliver paid engagements covering LMS administration and technical configuration • Lead discovery and requirements sessions with client stakeholders and create statements of work with milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria • Run engagements across client HR, IT, L&D, and compliance teams, ensuring commitments are met and escalating jeopardized scope or deadlines • Configure Absorb LMS environments, including departments, roles, enrollment rules, workflows, branding, and e-commerce settings • Advise clients and coordinate internal stakeholders on data migration, SSO, REST API use, and scheduled data feeds • Work with Technical Services on build and testing • Manage concurrent engagements, tracking budget, timeline, and scope and reporting status to clients and internal leadership • Maintain configuration records, decision logs, and handover notes • Advise internal teams on LMS administration and data questions outside standard support

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years delivering client-facing projects in professional services, consulting, or LMS administration at a SaaS company • Hands-on administrator experience with at least one commercial LMS, such as Absorb, Docebo, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday Learning • Experience carrying multiple concurrent projects through sign-off, each with its own budget, timeline, and stakeholder group • Working knowledge of SAML 2.0, OIDC, REST APIs, and flat-file data feeds • Comfort building reports, validating imports, and explaining results to non-technical stakeholders • Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, AICC, and HRIS or HCM integrations is an asset • PMP, CAPM, or comparable project management training is an asset • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience • Must show proof of legal eligibility to work in the country applied to without sponsorship • Successful candidates are subject to pre-employment background screening, including a criminal record check
