• Accent on Languages is looking for linguists to fill virtual transcription and translating assignments. • The linguist will transcribe conversations verbatim and translate any words from target language into English. • Volume is on a need-basis and timelines can be flexible.
• US Citizen, Green Card holder, or Permanent US Resident - applicant must live and work in the US at the time of the project. • Experience in Translation and/or Interpreting • Security clearance. • Any certification is a plus, but not required. For example, a current voting member in good standing of the American Translators Association, and/or a current member in good standing of the American Association of Language Specialists, and/or a certified and registered interpreter on the Judicial Council Master List, and/or degree in Translation or Interpretation.
