• Deliver world-class ServiceNow applications for federal clients. • Configure ServiceNow components and develop customized solutions within the platform. • Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Work in a cross-functional agile delivery team and support testing, deployment, and documentation activities. • Troubleshoot and resolve errors.

• Experience with ServiceNow development and configuration • Experience with ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules • Experience with custom development and third‑party integrations • Experience with report development and data migration in ServiceNow • Experience conducting unit testing and managing defect resolution • Experience working in Agile development environments • US Citizen • Active secret clearance
