📋 Description

• Support Sales and Creative teams with vendor and venue bookings, transportation, site visits, proposals, budgets, and all stages of the sales process • Develop own sales opportunities • Manage Salesforce data entry and reporting • Handle vendor bookings, holds, and schedule coordination for the sales team • Act as the out-of-office point person during site visits, FAMs, and pre-cons • Provide administrative support across sales, creative, and leadership teams

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must live locally in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area • Comfort traveling to vendor and venue locations • Availability for flexible schedules as needed to support client programs • 1–2 years of experience supporting or managing multiple clients/programs (nice-to-have) • Background in hospitality, ideally event planning or execution (nice-to-have) • Salesforce CRM experience (nice-to-have) • Strong organizational and time management skills (nice-to-have)
