📋 Description

• Provide quality customer service to Acendas Travel's corporate clients traveling domestically and internationally • Respond to client requests and inquiries in a call center environment through phone, email, text/SMS, and online booking tools • Receive, initiate, and process reservations by booking and ticketing airline, rail, car, hotel, and limo services • Manage a high volume of monthly transactions • Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) queues, scripts, and programmable keys to fulfill travel requests • Perform queue management and project work • Advocate for clients to ensure travel needs are met and customer satisfaction exceeds expectations while following travel policy • Monitor and respond to email • Complete special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of four (4) years' corporate travel experience required • Knowledge of travel agency operations required • Ability to work shifts covering extended hours • Advanced knowledge of Sabre reservation system required • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously • Exceptional oral and written communication skills • Consultative selling skills and ability to listen to customer needs and provide recommendations • Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of corporate travel technology products • Ability to work independently and within a team • Organizational and time management skills • Full-time availability for four 10-hour days with either Saturday or Sunday • Part-time availability for up to 20 hours per week, including weekday evenings or weekends
