• Contact our current clients via phone and email to facilitate the loan application process • Deliver a persuasive consultation to clients on how the accelerated loan can assist them in graduating from their debt settlement program at an accelerated rate • Collect required documents from customers during the application, move the transaction through the underwriting process, and quickly arrange a closing with the customer • Use Salesforce to track and manage leads; leads pipeline will consist of approx. 200 leads and new leads will be generated weekly based on production • Meet or exceed all monthly schedule adherence and utilization requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of inside sales experience. • Excellent time-management and organizational skills required to follow-up on a pipeline of 200+ leads daily. • Experience uncovering consumers needs to gather more information to provide solution-based services. • Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and influence. • Computer proficiency with experience working within a CRM. • Drive to meet and exceed sales and performance based goals while working independently. • Positive team player with a desire to learn and willingness to accept coaching. • High School diploma or equivalent
