🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree/Certifications in HR or similar fields • 4–6 years in recruiting, HR generalist, or talent acquisition; including process ownership. • Strong knowledge of Zoho Recruit or equivalent ATS, and data tools (Excel, Google Sheets). • Experience in remote, fast-paced, and cost-conscious environments. • Strategic mindset paired with the ability to execute and improve systems and processes. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Background working with international teams and/or global recruiting is a plus. • Has the ability to pivot as new priorities emerge and can integrate well with other cultures. • Must be highly detail-oriented and a problem-solver. • Must be able to write and speak fluently in English. • Advanced skills with Google workplace apps -- particularly Google Docs and Google Sheets (or MS Office Suite expertise) and generally technologically savvy. • Proficiency with ATS and Project Management tools.
