📋 Description

• Deliver principals’ volume, share, and sales fundamental goals, including merchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelving • Maximize company revenue through brokerage, commissions, bonuses, and contest earnings • Communicate principals’ priorities to sales, technology, marketing, business, and retail selling teams • Report to the General Manager or Team Leader • Manage and participate in developing, designing, and presenting Acosta introductions to new principals • Develop and maintain relationships with principals and customers • Coordinate communication between General Managers and key principals • Collaborate with Retail Sales Managers on product introductions, selling drives, and contests • Coordinate market visits and key account calls • Develop conceptual sales presentations aligned with principals’ objectives • Provide feedback on strategies, selling programs, and initiatives • Maintain account distribution information and review market pricing reports • Collect and report competitive activity • Manage personal skill development and share customer/manufacturer information with team members • Follow client procedures and policies; manage promotional plans and fund balances • Monitor financial management, including deductions, and take corrective action • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience • Proven track record in sales, preferably with a food broker or national company • Kroger sales experience • Self-driven and adaptable; able to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot between tasks • Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills • Ability to analyze sales and marketing information for effective sales presentations • Proficient in software packages supporting the sales function • Willingness to travel
