📋 Description

• Design and build scalable, high-quality software solutions • Design small-to-medium systems • Write clean, testable code • Conduct peer code reviews • Develop intuitive RESTful or GraphQL APIs • Identify and fix performance bottlenecks, including slow SQL queries and bloated frontend bundles • Debug failing CI/CD pipelines • Manage environment variables safely • Write unit tests and end-to-end tests • Explain technical trade-offs to product managers • Mentor junior developers • Collaborate through code reviews and software development activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 3–5 years of experience • Experience with modern frontend frameworks: React, Vue.js, or Angular • Backend development experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, or Go • Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL-based data stores • Understanding of clean code, API design, and performance optimization • Understanding database normalization, load balancing, and basic microservices • Ability to debug a failing CI/CD pipeline • Ability to manage environment variables safely • Writing unit tests and end-to-end tests as standard practice • Ability to explain technical trade-offs to product managers • Experience mentoring junior developers • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Able to obtain or maintain Public Trust (High) clearance
