📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve short- and long-term revenue objectives for the Stock & Flow product lines. • Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the agency network and direct sales team to ensure achievement of individual and departmental goals. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners. • Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, product, and operations teams to maintain optimal stock levels and meet market demand. • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activity to inform business strategies and decision-making. • Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to senior leadership. • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements in alignment with company policies and profitability targets. • Oversee the planning and execution of sales promotions, campaigns, and other initiatives designed to drive stock & flow turnover. • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal regulations, and ethical business practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of progressive sales management experience, preferably within stock-driven industries in the electrical business such as retail, wholesale, manufacturing, or distribution. • Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing sales teams • Strong financial and analytical acumen with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. • Proficiency in the use of CRM and other sales management software systems. • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence senior stakeholders. • English proficient
