📋 Description

• Provide specialized expertise and operational support for associate and labor relations across the European region, with a particular focus on France • Foster a positive, legally compliant, and fair workplace by proactively managing associate relations • Ensure adherence to labor laws, and maintaining constructive relationships with associate representative bodies • Serve as the key liaison with the French Works Council (CSE), ensuring compliance with statutory consultation and information requirements • Collaborate closely with HR, Legal, and business leaders to mitigate risk and promote organizational culture • Implement consistent people practices across Europe

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • Master's Degree preferred • 7+ years of experience in HR, labor, or associate relations in a multinational environment • Deep expertise in French labor law and Works Council (CSE) processes • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken • Proven ability to navigate complex, sensitive employee situations with empathy and sound judgment • Skilled communicator who can influence, advise, and build trust with leaders and associates at all levels • Organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing priorities across multiple countries • Experience in manufacturing, unionized, or hourly workforce environments • Exposure to organizational change projects such as restructures or acquisitions • Ability to travel 25-50%
