• Provide specialized expertise and operational support for associate and labor relations across Europe • Act as key liaison to the French Works Council, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements • Advise managers and HR partners on labor law and policy interpretation • Support organizational changes ensuring effective communication and compliance • Deliver training for HR and business leaders on labor law and works council engagement
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred • 7+ years of experience in HR, labor, or associate relations in a multinational environment • Deep expertise in French labor law and Works Council (CSE) processes • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken • Proven ability to navigate complex, sensitive employee situations with empathy and sound judgment • Experience in manufacturing, unionized, or hourly workforce environments • Ability to travel 25-50%
