📋 Description

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on project requirements • Analyze specifications, drawings, and bills of material • Apply pricing strategies, margins, and discount structures • Support sales team in active opportunities and project pursuits • Track and improve quote-to-order conversion rates • Identify stalled or aging quotes and recommend next steps • Collaborate with product, supply chain, and customer service teams • Maintain accurate electronic project files and folders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred) • 2+ years of experience in quoting, pricing, or sales support roles • Experience in the lighting or Electrical industry is an asset • Knowledge of the electrical supply market in the GTA is an asset • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational and time management abilities • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team • Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pricing models) • Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings • Knowledge using Bluebeam is an asset
