📋 Description

• Create engaging content that supports both documentation and training for Acumatica ERP. • Develop clear and comprehensive documentation for designated functional areas of Acumatica ERP, strictly adhering to corporate style guidelines and team processes. • Keep documentation up to date with software releases. • Revise legacy content to align with the current standards and best practices. • Design and develop training courses and skill assessments to help various learner personas grow their product expertise. • Use AI-assisted tools to improve the efficiency and quality of content development. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify user scenarios and information gaps.

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in English, technical writing, communications, or computer science or alternative credentials (preferred) • At least 3 years of experience in technical writing, content development, or instructional design in the software industry, preferably with Acumatica ERP or other ERP systems (required) • Experience using AI-assisted writing, editing, research, or productivity tools to support technical content development, instructional design, or content analysis (required) • Expertise in any of the industries Acumatica specializes in (preferred) • Prior teaching or training experience (preferred)
