📋 Description

• Run vulnerability-management remediation workflows, track findings, coordinate fixes with engineering, and maintain SLAs • Monitor and triage SIEM alerts and tune detections to reduce noise and identify important activity • Harden the identity stack and conduct access reviews and provisioning across the SaaS estate • Administer the device fleet, including enrollment, configuration profiles, and security policies • Keep operating systems and applications patched and track patch compliance • Review, package, and deploy software to endpoints • Provide company-wide IT support for accounts, devices, and access issues • Automate repetitive work • Support a secure internal environment alongside the security engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration • Solid cloud and identity fundamentals, including SSO and MFA • Demonstrated interest in security through certifications such as Security+, coursework, homelab projects, CTFs, or security-adjacent work experience • Ability to learn new tools and troubleshoot independently • Strong written communication for clear tickets, documentation, and runbooks • MDM experience is a bonus • Vulnerability-management and patch-management tooling experience is a bonus • SIEM tuning, threat hunting, and log-analysis experience is a bonus • Identity-provider and SaaS-administration experience is a bonus
