📋 Description
• Managing large national accounts • Building direct client relationships • Serving as primary engineering or architectural lead for national accounts • Maintaining a technical review load • Ensuring all projects meet client's goals • Provide training and mentoring to junior staff
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate consulting projects • Previous experience performing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) • Knowledge and experience assessing various property types • Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or HUD guidelines • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
