📋 Description
• Provide direct customer support through calls, emails, and chats • Address customer issues and feedback • Identify vulnerable customer situations to provide support • Collaborate with the Financial Crime team to investigate trends • Handle payments-related queries • Escalate customer feedback and feature requests • Support other COps and mentor new joiners
🎯 Requirements
• Over 18 years old • Detail-oriented and empathetic • Flawless written English • Comfortable using a laptop (MacBook provided) • Strong investigative skills • Familiarity with social networks • Cannot have applied unsuccessfully in the last 6 months
