📋 Description

• Lead a team that drives the platform’s Relationship Intelligence engine. • Define the technical roadmap and implementation for the future of the product. • Collaborate with Product Management and Design to define the roadmap for the Relationship Intelligence engine and its features. • Lead, coach, mentor, and inspire a team that owns critical applications. • Own the delivery of a delightful, reliable platform and user experience through rapid development cycles. • Lead Agile processes like daily standups, sprint plannings, demos, and retrospectives. • Champion AI tools and practices to enable team efficiency and create a learning environment. • Actively contribute by building meaningful features alongside your team. • Drive complex technical, architecture, design, and product discussions. • Identify and fill gaps on the team, creating necessary processes for success. • Scale the team by hiring additional talented engineers to meet goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working in a full-stack software engineering role, building scalable web applications with large volumes of data and rich visualizations. • 3+ years in an engineering management role or technical leadership role, providing mentorship and coaching in a formal setting. • Experience leading high-performing engineering teams. • Experience working with complex SaaS platforms. • Excellent communication skills. • Pride in delivering an exceptionally high-quality product in terms of functionality and performance. • Passion for helping engineers at all levels develop new skills and advance their careers. • Excitement to work collaboratively within engineering and across functional teams. • Eagerness to contribute ideas and experiences to help Affinity continuously improve as a product and company. • Nice to have: Experience working with Ruby, React, TypeScript or Postgres; Experience with CRM-type applications; Experience building data-intensive applications.
